Tooniversity is the section of the cartoon city where educational/instructional creations live. It is essentially like a large college campus. Gemini first ends up in the Tooniversity after he wakes up from The Shadowy Figure's attack in Adventure Realm during Toonopolis: Gemini. He is instructed on some basic laws of cartoon physics. Gemini goes to Tooniversity in Toonopolis: Chi Lin to track down Leothas, who has captured Chi Lin and was using the knowledge of the Tooniversity to create a doomsday device with the unicorn.
